For three years, the CCO Workshop has grown into a must-attend event for construction professionals seeking timely updates on industry trends, legal developments, and regulatory changes. With approximately 180 engaged attendees and 8 to 10 respected speakers and sponsors each year, this event has become a cornerstone for education and networking in our field.

Behind the scenes, I’ve led the charge—driving the workshop’s success through hands-on leadership across marketing, social media, ticketing, and sponsorship strategy. From crafting compelling campaigns and building our audience to managing sponsor partnerships and coordinating event logistics, every detail has been thoughtfully executed to ensure a seamless and valuable experience for SICA members. This ongoing effort reflects a deep commitment to supporting our industry with clarity, consistency, and meaningful connection.
