Over a three-year tenure, I transformed the CCO Workshop into a “must-attend” fixture for the construction sector. After personally launching and executing the inaugural post-COVID event, I established the foundation that allowed us to scale the team, ultimately growing the workshop into a vibrant ecosystem of 180 delegates, a roster of elite speakers, and a diverse sponsorship base.
Full-Funnel Management:
Rebranded the look and created a professional and corporate campaign, upscaling the event. Directed all marketing, social media, and audience development, resulting in consistent year-over-year attendance growth.
