I executed the end-to-end marketing and operational delivery for the SICA Golf Tournament series, successfully reviving the portfolio post-COVID by building all marketing assets from the ground up.
Over a three-year tenure, I managed the rapid scaling of the series from 144 players per event to a massive 288-player double tournament, ultimately coordinating logistics for over 1,000 total players.
By securing high-profile corporate sponsorships with major brands like The Home Depot and flawlessly managing over 100 on-course activations, I cemented the series’ reputation as a gold-standard industry event.
